Home prices increased in Beach City during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Beach City rose by $15,400 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,300 - a 16.6% increase over the $92,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Beach City in March 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Beach City for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,154, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
