Perry Heights median home prices fell by 11.4% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Perry Heights fell by $16,313 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 11.4% decrease over the $143,313 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Perry Heights in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Perry Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,479, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
