Median home prices in Massillon fell to $122,000 in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Massillon fell by $6,425 while total sales decreased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,000 - a 5% decrease over the $128,425 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Massillon in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Massillon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,849, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
