Navarre home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Navarre rose by $24,400 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,900 - a 17.2% increase over the $141,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Navarre in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Navarre for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,813, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
