What happened to the median home price in Amherst Heights during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Amherst Heights fell by $17,400 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,600 - a 11% decrease over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Amherst Heights in the third quarter of 2020, as well.
