Median home prices in Brewster rose to $182,500 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Brewster rose by $67,000 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 58% increase over the $115,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Brewster in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Brewster for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,152, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
