December 2021: Oak Ridge experienced a 3.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Oak Ridge rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,500 - a 3.6% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Oak Ridge in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Oak Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,966, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
