Beach City home prices fell in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Beach City fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 4.1% decrease over the $135,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Beach City in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Beach City for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,154, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
