Richville median home prices rose by 13% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Richville rose by $20,750 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,750 - a 13% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Richville in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Richville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,994, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
