Louisville Police Department recently issued the following announcement.
Not a great picture, but it shows one of the many vehicles that officer Rinehart helped dig out on Monday Dayshift. Officer Rinehart was not called to this, he took upon himself to help when help was needed. I have known Officer Rinehart for many years, and he has always taken it upon himself to go above and beyond without any recognition. He does not know this picture exists and that it was sent to us. We would just like to recognize Officer Rinehart for his passion to help people even when he thinks no one is watching!
While we are giving shoutouts, I’d also like to thank our street department for working diligently throughout the night Sunday/Monday to keep the roads as safe as possible!
