City of Canal Fulton recently issued the following announcement.

Parks Maintenance
Salary: $15.30 – $17.78 per hour
The City of Canal Fulton will be accepting applications for a civil service examination for a full-time Parks Maintenance position. Applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a valid drivers license, and remain insurable under City’s vehicle insurance policy. The examination will be conducted at the Canal Fulton Fire Department, 1165 Locust Street, Canal Fulton, Ohio 44614 on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Applications for the examination must be obtained at and returned to the office of Clerk of Council, 155 Market Street E, Canal Fulton, Ohio 44614. Additional ten (10) percent of the passing grade will be added for active military service of a minimum of 2 yrs. A copy of a Photo ID and any certificates, licenses and proof of military service must be turned in with application. $20 non-refundable fee due at time of application.
Applications must be completed in ink, signed in the applicant’s own handwriting and received by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. Incomplete applications will not be considered for exam. For more information, please call City Hall at 330-854-2225.
**Masks are required at all times. Temperature will be checked upon entry with a threshold of 100°F. COVID-19 waiver forms will be included in packet.
