RITA Ohio Extended Tax Season hours
North Canton's Income Tax collection partner RITA Ohio has announced their extended hours for the 2022 income tax season. These extended hours are intended to help tax payers access the help they may need for their income tax filing. Extend hours will begin March 21, 2022 and continue through April 18, 2022.

Drive-UP/Drop-Off Days
In addition to extended call hours RITA will once again offer Drive-up/Drop-off service at their Brecksville location. Without leaving their car, individuals can pull in and hand their completed return or uncompleted tax documents to a RITA representative. Even if tax documents are unfinished, a RITA agent will complete them for the taxpayer.
- Drive-up: RITA agents will be on-site at the Brecksville location to accept tax returns and/or support documents. Taxpayers will be directed to a park in a reserved spot when they pull into the Brecksville location.
- Drop-off: The RITA agent will ask the individual questions and take their tax documents. Taxpayers will receive a receipt of their submission.
- Monday, April 11th through Friday, April 15th
- Monday, April 18th
