Canton City Public Health issued the following announcement on Mar 24.
Understanding the difference between a tornado watch vs. a warning is the difference between being prepared and taking action. Now is the time to be prepared.
The NWS has issued a Tornado Watch for our area until 10:00PM tonight. Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon into the early evening. Damaging wind gusts, large hail, and isolated tornadoes are possible. Stay tuned to local radio/TV for weather updates.
