Lasting from early spring through fall (approx. 13 weeks), these general labor positions provide employees with real-world experience and skills valuable across a variety of careers, all within a dedicated team dynamic. Employees earn overtime pay for time worked over 40 hours per week, and also qualify for retirement benefits through the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (OPERS)!
