I wanted to remind the village residents that your electric aggregation supplier, Energy Harbor, will be mailing out some opt-out letters during the week of January 27th. 

To newly eligible customers (anyone who has moved into the community recently) to let them know about the current aggregation offering.  To answer some of your basic questions, we have attached a FAQ informational sheet for you to refer to.  Anyone with more detailed questions should contact Energy Harbor at (866-636-3749).  

There you will speak to Energy Harbor’s trained call center staff standing by to assist village residents, they keep detailed records of relevant customer information, and they are the only ones who can add/remove someone from the program.
