This is notification that Spectrum Solicitors have a Soliciting Permit to go door to door January 19-28, 2023 in compliance with the City of North Canton Codified Ordinance 723. The Solicitors must also comply with the specified Solicitor Rules and will only be permitted to canvass or solicit between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m..
