AJ Wertz and Kyle Benson

On Thursday, March 13, former Jackson High School standouts AJ Wertz and Kyle Benson’s current college team, the Walsh Cavaliers, lost 11-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Ashland Eagles.

The game took place at Donges Field at Tomassi Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 1:30 p.m. at Donges Field at Tomassi Stadium against Ashland Eagles.
