Massillon home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Massillon rose by $13,250 while total sales increased by 5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in North Canton fell by $9,550 while total sales increased by 47.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Canal Fulton fell by $18,398 while total sales decreased by 10%.
