City of Alliance recently issued the following announcement.
With the current forecast of severe winter weather, the City again encourages all residents who utilize on street parking to sign up for Regroup notifications. This will provide you with personal notification of parking bans by your choice of email, text or phone call.
You are also encouraged to make plans for where you will move your vehicle during a parking ban now. Enrolling in Regroup is quick and easy
